NAMI Winona Connections Support Group

NAMI Winona Connections Support Group is a weekly in person recovery support group for people living with mental illness in which people learn from each other’s experiences, share coping strategies, and offer each other encouragement and understanding.

Mondays 7 pm to 8:30 pm

NAMI also has Family Support Groups. These are peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one experiencing symptoms of a mental illness. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences. These groups are available online.
