Drop-In Center’s are for all adults in the region. Currently we have locations open in Austin, Owatonna, Red Wing, & Winona. New drop-in centers are coming soon to Caledonia & Wabasha.
Drop-In Centers are comfortable and safe spaces for adults to socialize and support one another, while emphasizing mental well-being. The Drop-In Centers offer: socialization, games, cards, TV, arts and crafts, snacks, coffee, water and more.
Regional Drop-in Centers
The Bridge Drop-In Center is located at 108 Oakland Avenue East, Austin MN
Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 1pm -7pm
Sunday: 12pm – 6pm
The Bridge is a drop- in center is welcoming to anyone who is struggling with mental health and needs a place to connect with others. There is free coffee, punch, and popcorn regularly and games are played daily. Activities include a pool table, television, computer, crafts, puzzles and games. There is a kitchen individuals can use to prepare food and laundry facilities individuals can use to do up to 2 loads of laundry for free a week.

Sage Enrichment Center Clubhouse is a member led program, designed to empower adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Individuals are often in situations where disability is the focus, leaving few areas where they can safely explore and identify their strengths.

Activities:
Mondays at 11:30am, with the focus of healthy eating
Fridays at 1:00pm, for recreational activities.
Activity dates and times may change based on the selected monthly calendar of events. The calendar is focused on social activities in an organic environment, to be able to connect with and build relationships with others that have experienced similar challenges with mental health. These activities are chosen monthly, by a committee that consists of Clubhouse members.
The goal is for members to be able to increase volunteerism, foster natural support networks, and be recognized for their abilities, rather than their
disabilities, while improving their quality of life.
Clubhouse is a non-clinical setting, so the application process can is simple and streamlined. Potential members may contact the Clubhouse Coordinator at 507-676-2585 for an application or may be referred by a provider.
Once the application is complete, they can email it back to cathyj@schrc.com or drop off the application at 610 Florence Avenue in Owatonna.

Expressions Group: Join group members as they go on different outings in the community and create art projects. Make sure to check out the PSN in-center schedule for the itinerary each week. *You must be enrolled in the HVMHC ARMHS program to participate.

Healthy Lifestyles: Join the group to learn more about healthy lifestyle options and different recipes.
Tuesday 9:30am – 10:30am
Breakfast Club: Join group members as they provide support and check ins with each other.

Book Club: Join the group as they read a variety of books, from genres like self-help, fiction, and mental health.
Wednesday 2:30pm – 4:00pm
Drawing Club: Join the group as they explore artistic expression and its relation to mental health.
Thursday 12:00pm – 2:00pm
Lunch Bunch: Lunch begins at 12:30. Join this group for lunch led by WSU social work professor Jay Palmer. Please sign up in-center at PSN by Wednesday morning to ensure food for all.
